Job summary:
Under the direction of the Director of QA, coordinate and participate in technical payroll accounting activities; participate in the preparation, maintenance, processing, analysis, and auditing of manual and automated payroll data, information, records, and reports; ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll transactions; lead, train and provide work direction and guidance to staff; serve as project lead to represent Payroll Department on various initiatives across the organization.Essential duties and responsibilities:
Building out and maintaining Internal Payroll Metric Reporting (Error Rate, No Pays, Total Wages, Fedex, etc.) Partner with Payroll Management on New Client Data uploads (Successor Wages, Client SUTA, etc.) Payroll Audit Reporting- Internal/Client Project Managing Departmental Initiatives/Priorities Payroll Compliance Analysis and Updates (Minimum Wage, No Pays, Pay Codes, etc.
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Years of work experience: 3 years in PEO Payroll position Expert knowledge of PEO and payroll related policies and procedures Strong background in customer service/successPreferred Qualifications:
