Payroll Analyst

Vaco Phoenix is hiring a Payroll Analyst for a top client in Tempe, AZ! This role requires experience with UKG and high-volume payroll processing. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule and pay up to $34/hr.

Responsibilities:

Process high-volume payroll accurately and on schedule, including adjustments and off-cycle payments Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while responding to employee and management inquiries Review payroll reports and data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation Support payroll audits and maintain organized records and reporting

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-cycle, multi-state payroll environment Hands-on experience with UKG payroll systems Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
