Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional team member to join our supportive and collaborative office environment. This role combines payroll processing, bookkeeping, office administration, customer service, and receptionist backup responsibilities in a flexible hybrid setting.What We Offer:

Process payroll for assigned clients Setup new payroll customers including pre-tax and post-tax deductions Prepare payroll tax filings and payments for Federal, State, and local jurisdictions Process employee changes including: New hires Garnishments Benefit deductions and updates Review payroll calculations for accuracy Initiate direct deposits and payroll processing activities Respond to payroll and tax notices Apply for tax accounts as needed Perform light bookkeeping and sales tax processing Provide office administration and backup receptionist support including: Phones Scheduling Filing Client assistance Assist with additional projects and administrative support as needed Provide excellent customer service via phone and emailWho Thrives Here:

Payroll processing experience preferred, especially within a payroll service, accounting, or CPA firm environment Bookkeeping or accounting experience helpful Familiarity with payroll deductions including: Health insurance 401(k) HSA Dependent care Experience with payroll tax filings and deposits preferred Exposure to Accounting CS software a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professionalism and confidentiality are essentialTo Apply:
