Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Payroll Processor to join our dynamic finance team. Duties Process payroll accurately and efficiently using various payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, and other supported platforms. Maintain and update employee records within HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software to ensure data integrity. Reconcile payroll accounts, perform journal entries, and analyze payroll data for discrepancies or errors. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, tax regulations, and labor law requirements related to payroll processing. Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and audit documentation while handling confidential information with utmost discretion. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues promptly and accurately. Support time & attendance systems integration and troubleshoot payroll system support issues as needed. Qualifications Proven experience with payroll management in a corporate accounting environment, including familiarity with systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Ceridian or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of employment law, tax law, labor law compliance, and financial concepts related to payroll processing. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), accounting software, and general ledger reconciliation techniques. Ability to perform detailed data entry with high accuracy using 10-key typing skills. Experience with double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, account reconciliation, and analysis skills is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of payroll tax regulations and payroll system technical support procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
