JoyBridge Kids provides through an interdisciplinary model: joyful ABA (which is our core), plus Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and School Readiness. We offer a collaborative and coordinated therapeutic plan that enables the child to grow up being a happier, better version of themselves. Our programming includes growth goals for every child that catalyzes their ability to access more joy throughout their lifespan. Reports to : Executive VP of Human Resources Overall job responsibilities include but are not limited to Full cycle payroll process Provides full admin support for the human resource department Assists with new-hire procedures, creates new employee files and ensures all new hire paperwork is complete and in compliance Assists with pre-employment procedures including but not limited to; ordering background checks, scheduling pre-employment drug screens Ensure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed Assist team members with benefits such as, enrollments, changes, terminations Foster joyful and positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues in a timely manner Be a vital resource to team members Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs as needed Assists with processing of terminations Performs other duties as assigned
