You'll have a hand in both the fine details and the bigger picture: keeping multi-state payroll tax operations rock-solid while partnering with our member colleges to support employees. I'm looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented payroll tax pro (with a knack for complex analysis and multi-step solutions!) Comfortable untangling complex tax rules as well collaborating with HR partners Strong excel skills and who strives for data precision, clean reconciliations, and smooth reporting A proactive partner who stays ahead of compliance, agency notices, and multi-state setups Energized by making payroll systems and tax processes work better, not just managing the routine This position works across federal, state, and local tax filings, multi-state setups, year-end W-2/W-2c processing, ADP coordination, and specialized student/visa tax compliance. You'll be a trusted go-to expert for HR teams across our member college network.
