Schedule:

Monday - Friday, In-Office with the possibility of a hybrid schedule as determined by the manager.

Pay Rate:

$70k - $73k

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Review payroll data, perform audits and reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll finalization.

+ Support accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.

+ Research and resolve complex payroll inquiries, adjustments, and escalations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

+ Partner with the Payroll & Administration Manager to support daily payroll operations and priority initiatives.

+ Ensure compliance with payroll procedures, internal controls, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax requirements.

+ Maintain organized payroll records, documentation, and audit-ready files.

+ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure payroll-related changes are processed accurately and efficiently.

+ Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to strengthen payroll accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

+ Support payroll system updates, testing, implementations, and process enhancements.

+ Provide guidance and support to payroll team members as needed.

+ Handle confidential employee and payroll information with discretion and sound judgment.

Requirements:

+ 5+ years of payroll processing and/or payroll administration experience. + 3+ years of experience performing payroll audits and reconciliations in a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment. + 3+ years of experience supporting payroll tax and compliance requirements.

+ Experience processing payroll for a workforce of 1,000+ employees across multiple states.
