Schedule:
Monday - Friday, In-Office with the possibility of a hybrid schedule as determined by the manager.Pay Rate:

Review payroll data, perform audits and reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll finalization. Support accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with established procedures and deadlines. Research and resolve complex payroll inquiries, adjustments, and escalations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Partner with the Payroll & Administration Manager to support daily payroll operations and priority initiatives. Ensure compliance with payroll procedures, internal controls, wage and hour regulations, and payroll tax requirements. Maintain organized payroll records, documentation, and audit-ready files. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure payroll-related changes are processed accurately and efficiently. Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to strengthen payroll accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Support payroll system updates, testing, implementations, and process enhancements. Provide guidance and support to payroll team members as needed. Handle confidential employee and payroll information with discretion and sound judgment.Requirements:
5+ years of payroll processing and/or payroll administration experience. 3+ years of experience performing payroll audits and reconciliations in a high-volume, multi-state payroll environment. 3+ years of experience supporting payroll tax and compliance requirements. Experience processing payroll for a workforce of 1,000+ employees across multiple states. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research and resolve payroll discrepancies. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency with payroll systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and adapt to changing business needs.Preferences:
Experience with Paylocity and/or ADP Experience identifying and improving payroll processes Payroll certification such asCPP Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
