Senior Payroll Specialist Salary:
$90-100k+ depending on experience

Senior Payroll Specialist:
Process regular and off cycle U.S. payroll, including collecting inputs, performing calculations, and ensuring timely, accurate payments. Ensure all payroll transactions comply with internal policies, federal and state regulations, and tax requirements, including timely tax payments and filings. Serve as a backup to team members and support knowledge sharing across the payroll function. Maintain and enhance process documentation; recommend improvements to boost accuracy, efficiency, and system optimization. Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to employee and stakeholder inquiries. Partner with cross-functional teams to support payroll-related initiatives, reporting, and projects. Preferred Experience of the
Senior Payroll Specialist:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Management 5–7+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience Strong understanding of multijurisdictional payroll tax laws and regulations Working knowledge of accounting principles related to payroll Demonstrated ability to audit and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and compliance Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively #LI-GW1 #LI-Hybrid #
