Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll & Accounting Specialist to support our growing organization. This role will primarily focus on bi-weekly payroll processing while also assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a consistent, process-driven environment and enjoys working across both payroll and accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain payroll records, including employee changes, deductions, and occasional bonus paymentsEnsure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policiesSupport general accounting functions, including data entry and reconciliations in QuickBooksAssist with month-end close activities and reporting as neededCollaborate with external accounting firm (Richter, Reeder & Lofton) to support financial processesMaintain organized documentation and ensure data integrity across systems
