Payroll Specialist

Salary:

Would predictable daytime hours with early Fridays and paid lunch hours fit your ideal work schedule? Would you like a family friendly schedule 8:30-4:30 Monday-Thursday and 8:30-3pm Fridays! If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Serve as the front-desk point of contact by answering phones and greeting clients professionally. Process payroll for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Calculate payroll taxes and prepare required tax payments and filings. Maintain payroll records and support client questions related to payroll processing. Use user-friendly payroll software to manage payroll data and reporting. Support increased workload during tax season, including occasional overtime as needed.
