High SchoolResponsibilities Calculate employee wages based on hours worked, salary, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation structures Process payroll-related deductions including taxes, garnishments, and benefit adjustments Maintain accurate payroll records and employee payroll documentation Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit support activities Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Support payroll processing deadlines in a high-volume environment Ensure adherence to payroll regulations, company policies, and internal controls Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 0-2 years of payroll, accounting, administrative, or related experience Attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with payroll systems or ERP software preferred Understanding of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, and wage calculations is a plus Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism SkillsPayroll ProcessingPayroll SystemsERPPayroll Tax-MultistatePayroll TaxDeductionsPayroll DeductionsReconciliationQualificationsYears of experience: 0 yearsExperience level: Entry LevelRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
