DuraServ operates across nine regions, with hundreds of technicians, sales professionals, and branch employees who depend on payroll being processed accurately and on time- every single cycle, without exception.
- this role was built for you. What You'll Own The Cycles Direct the preparation and processing of weekly and semi-monthly payroll for a multi-state, multi-location workforce using ADP Workforce Now Manage the Time & Attendance system
- resolving timecard errors, auditing time reporting, and ensuring every hour worked is captured correctly before processing Calculate pro-rata pay and administer special pay including stipends, commissions, bonuses, and prevailing wages with precision and consistency The Compliance Handle certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage administration
- accurately, completely, and on schedule Administer all deductions including benefits, garnishments, and 401K with a zero-tolerance standard for error Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal payroll laws and maintain audit-ready payroll records at all times Generate reports for data analysis and compliance verification
- translating payroll data into clear, actionable documentation The Partnership Serve as a knowledgeable, responsive resource for team members and managers with payroll questions
- you resolve issues quickly and communicate clearly Collaborate with HR, Finance, and branch operations to ensure payroll data integrity across all systems Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of payroll operations

- payroll deadlines don't move, and neither do you when it matters most Technically proficient in ADP Workforce Now
- required, not preferred. You know the system and you use it well. Knowledgeable in the end-to-end payroll cycle: wages, bonuses, overtime, garnishments, deductions, commissions, and leave types A clear communicator
- you explain payroll processes and resolve discrepancies with patience and professionalism Self-directed and reliable
- you manage your deadlines, your queue, and your accuracy without needing oversight Requirements Required Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll software
- this is a firm requirement, not a preference Demonstrated experience with Certified Payroll reporting and Prevailing Wage
- candidates without this experience will not be considered 2+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state or multi-location environment Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance requirements Preferred High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel for payroll reporting and data analysis Experience with HRIS and Time & Attendance systems integration Why DuraServ's Shared Team Services?
