The Opportunity TRP Infrastructure is seeking a Certified Payroll Coordinator with strong attention to wage rates, classifications, project coding, and compliance deadlines. You will support prevailing-wage and public-works payroll requirements, maintain audit-ready documentation, and partner with payroll and operations to resolve issues quickly. What You Will Do Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports for assigned projects and jurisdictions. Validate employee classifications, wage rates, fringe requirements, hours, and project coding against applicable requirements. Maintain prevailing-wage documentation, payroll records, and project-specific compliance files. Research discrepancies and coordinate corrections with payroll, operations, project teams, and HR. Track project requirements, submission calendars, missing information, and compliance deadlines. Support audits, contractor/subcontractor documentation, and agency information requests. Requirements What You Bring 3+ years of payroll experience with direct certified payroll/prevailing-wage responsibility preferred. Knowledge of Davis-Bacon, state/local prevailing-wage concepts, and certified payroll reporting strongly preferred. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and deadline management. Experience with construction/infrastructure payroll and project coding is a plus. What You Can Expect A role with direct visibility to business and HR leadership.
