The Opportunity TRP Infrastructure is seeking a Payroll Specialist who takes pride in getting pay right. You will audit payroll inputs, process transactions, resolve employee questions, reconcile reports, and partner across HR and operations to keep payroll accurate and on schedule. What You Will Do Process assigned payroll activities in accordance with established calendars and controls. Audit time, earnings, deductions, employee changes, and payroll inputs for accuracy. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions. Process corrections, adjustments, garnishments, deductions, and other assigned payroll transactions. Reconcile payroll reports and support finance/general-ledger processes. Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with retention and confidentiality requirements. Other duties as assigned Requirements What You Bring 2+ years of payroll processing experience preferred. Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline discipline. Experience with payroll systems, timekeeping, and Excel. Multi-state payroll experience is a plus. What You Can Expect A role with direct visibility to business and HR leadership.
