Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Accurately process biweekly payroll using UKG Kronos software.Reporting:
Prepare and maintain biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.Benefit Reconciliation:
Reconcile benefit vendor invoices and verify the accuracy of employee benefit deductions and enrollments.Discrepancy Resolution:
Collaborate directly with the Payroll Manager to identify and resolve payroll and benefit discrepancies in a timely manner.Record Management:
Perform precise arithmetic computations to prepare, balance, and maintain department records, files, and reports.Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00PM Skills:
Education:
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (additional relevant experience may substitute for degree).Software Experience:
Hands-on experience with UKG Kronos software.Specialized Knowledge:
Prior experience with benefit administration and payroll-benefit reconciliation.Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited high school or G.E.D. equivalent.Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on payroll processing experience.Core Competencies:
Solid working knowledge of payroll processes, benefit administration, and general accounting principles.Software Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer and office equipment operations.Communication & Math:
Good oral, written, and analytical communication skills with the ability to make accurate arithmetic calculations.Driver's License:
