Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist with implementation and administration of HR/HQ and WorkMax platforms Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain personnel files and employee records Audit and clean up HR databases for accuracy and compliance Support payroll processing and related employee data management Generate HR reports and maintain required documentation Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations Provide day-to-day HR and payroll support to employees and management Assist with system implementation projects while balancing administrative responsibilities Collaborate with leadership and employees across two growing companies Must Haves 3+ years of HR experience Experience supporting payroll functions in addition to HR functions Employee records management and personnel file maintenance Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly Experience handling confidential employee information Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with HRIS, workforce management, or payroll systems Nice to Have Skills & Experience Preferred Experience implementing or supporting HR technology platforms Experience with HR/HQ, WorkMax, or similar systems HR database clean-up and data integrity projects Construction, field services, or multi-entity company experience
