To maintain operations necessary for the preparation of all payrolls including biweekly, monthly, and special payroll periods.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED.
Special Knowledge Skills:
Experience:
Previous Office Experience Preferred.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in preparing all payrolls including biweekly, monthly, and special payroll periods. Receive and audit time sheets and Kronos reports for all campus employees. Post all payroll changes including payroll deductions, salary changes, terminations, assignment changes, and new recommendations. Maintain physical and computerized files including payroll records, assignment changes, recommendations, and absent-from-duty reports. Communicate with the personnel department, payroll department, and with employees to ensure accuracy of information reported and to resolve payroll problems and inquiries. Relieve other office staff as needed. Maintain confidentiality of information. Other duties as assigned.

Copier, calculator, personal computer, typewriter, printer, fax machine, and shredder.
