Apply Overview Job Shift Day Apply Description Key Responsibilities Payroll Management:
Process the full payroll cycle, including collecting timesheets, calculating wages, managing deductions, and issuing payments via check or direct deposit. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and company policies, and resolve payroll discrepancies or tax issues promptlyHR Support:
Handle HR administrative tasks such as onboarding new hires, updating employee records for salary or benefits changes, managing leave balances, and assisting with performance evaluations. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding pay, deductions, and benefitsCompliance and Reporting:
Maintain adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other regulatory documentation accurately and on time.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with finance, HR, IT teams, and external vendors to integrate payroll systems, streamline processes, and ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance and training to junior staff as needed.Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes, implement automation, and stay updated on payroll software and HRIS systems to improve efficiencyQualifications Technical Skills:
Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems, Excel, and other spreadsheet or data management toolsKnowledge:
