CV Resources is partnering with a well-established construction contractor in West Jordan in their search for a Temporary Payroll Specialist to support their payroll operations. What You'll Do Process payroll accurately and timely for employees in a fast-paced environment Support payroll-related questions and resolve discrepancies Review timekeeping, payroll data, deductions, and employee information for accuracy Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and related administrative tasks Ensure payroll is processed in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements Work closely with internal teams to research and resolve payroll issues What We're Looking For Prior payroll processing experience Experience working in a construction, contractor, or union environment is a plus Experience with Viewpoint Vista is highly preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Must be comfortable working onsite in West Jordan, UT Position Details Temporary opportunity In-person, Monday-Friday West Jordan, Utah Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience If you have solid payroll experience and are comfortable learning new systems, we'd love to hear from you. Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus, but candidates with strong payroll backgrounds and the ability to quickly learn new systems are encouraged to apply.
