Sheehy Management is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Payroll/HR Team. Responsibilities Performs weekly payroll processing for a multi-state organization. Enters appropriate information accurately and in a timely manner into the payroll system for all employee-related payroll activities. Responds to all payroll-related inquiries by employees as needed Performs tasks associated with terminations at the company Responsible for safeguarding all confidential information and ensures that it is used appropriately Performs a variety of administrative functions, including telephone coverage and ordering office supplies. Enters payroll transactions for multiple payroll schedules. Other duties assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or higher Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
