This role is an entry-level position and is ideal for someone eager to learn, comfortable with numbers, and ready to grow their skills in a supportive team environment. Training is provided. Here at Medical Facilities of America, our success is driven by our talented and dedicated team of professionals who work together to achieve goals. This is to be accomplished on a routine basis as outlines in the following responsibilities: Prepare and review timekeeping data for payroll processing Submit facility funding and enter new 401(k) deferrals each pay cycle Verify that all garnishments and tax levies are accurately entered for processing; distribute garnishment payments following payroll completion Generate and review all required reports across applicable systems Audit payroll prior to preview release for approval, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and accurate upon submission Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent strong organizational and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Abilit to work independently with limited supervision Benefits Excellent Health Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k), Flexible Sending Account/Dependent Care Account & Other Elective Benefits Paid Time Off & Sick Time
