Job Description

Wyckoff Farms is a large, vertically integrated, agricultural, food & beverage processing organization seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Administration, the Payroll Administrator will work closely with the Accounting Manager and Assistant Controllers to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll records. Abilities/Personal Qualities
  • Highly analytical and creative in thought processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with financial and operational team members
  • Able to prioritize projects and monitor progress to meet deadline expectations
  • Must be reliable and accountable and possess a strong work ethic Responsibilities
  • Supervise all aspects of the payroll department
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal regulatory and tax reporting requirements
  • Help maintain daily payroll records to ensure accuracy
  • Track and reconcile all payroll deductions
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Completion of special projects as assigned Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required
  • Experience with payroll procedures and methods is a plus
  • General knowledge of accounting processes and procedures essential
  • Bilingual in Spanish required

$50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
