Union Payroll Specialist Location:
Mukilteo, WA (Onsite)Salary:

Union Payroll Specialist:
Process weekly and biweekly payroll for union and non-union employees- Administer payroll in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
- Maintain payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and benefits information
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and year-end processes
- Partner with internal departments and union representatives on payroll matters Qualifications for the
Union Payroll Specialist:
3+ years of payroll processing experience, including union payroll- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
