Union Payroll Specialist Location:
Mukilteo, WA (Onsite)
Salary:
$80,000-$93,600

Union Payroll Specialist:
Process weekly and biweekly payroll for union and non-union employees

  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Support payroll audits, reporting, and year-end processes

3+ years of payroll processing experience, including union payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
