Position OverviewSupport the Payroll Manager in coordinating and processing payroll in a high-volume environmentEnsure accurate, timely payroll processing in compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsMaintain payroll system integrity by reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and completing reconciliationsProcess employee leave accruals and ensure proper handling of vacation, sick, and personal timePerform system updates including wage adjustments and payroll maintenance tasksGenerate payroll reports and assist with audits, including W-2 preparation and recordkeepingReview and process wage garnishments while ensuring compliance with company policies
