Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine respiratory needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer respiratory therapies. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments administered, patient responses, medication records, and vital signs in compliance with hospital policies. Skills In-depth knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Proven experience in post-acute care environments. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and respond swiftly to changing clinical conditions. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Pay:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
