Full Job Description HR/Payroll Coordinator Cedar River Healthcare Center Pay:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time Cedar River Healthcare Center is a great place to work, and we are looking for an organized and dependable HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This position supports daily human resources and payroll functions while helping create a positive experience for our employees. What You'll Do Process payroll accurately and on time Review employee timecards and resolve discrepancies Maintain employee records and personnel files Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new-hire paperwork Support benefits enrollment and employee status changes Track attendance, leave requests, and required documentation Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations Provide general administrative support to the leadership team Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information What We're Looking For Previous payroll, human resources, or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines What We Offer Competitive pay of $24.00-$28.00 per hour Full-time employment Medical, dental, and vision benefits A supportive and collaborative work environment The opportunity to make a meaningful difference for employees and residents Join the team at Cedar River Healthcare Center and become part of a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and appreciated.
