Payroll Specialist

Position:

Payroll Specialist/Bookkeeper Shift:

1st part time - flexible hours

Pay:

$20 - $25

BOE Responsibilities:

Payroll processing every other week, make all payroll related government dues, generate yearend W2s and 1099s Monthly Sales tax and use tax payments Month end reconciliation Job costing.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years' experience in QuickBooks and Payroll processing Experience in generating work comp related reports and general Ledger reports Experience in making state tax payments and other government dues online.
