Job Description

Payroll Specialist Salary:
$65,000-$75,000 What's Offered? 3.5 weeks of PTO to start with 100% paid health benefits Leadership is genuine and provides opportunity for advancement Family owned and operated with excellent longevity Stable and operating for 90 years
What You'll Do:
Accurately process biweekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states Review and reconcile timecard exceptions, overtime, and vacation accruals Manage wage garnishments and other deductions Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and leadership Collaborate with HR and Accounting on benefits, taxes, and compliance
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator Construction or Union experience is required #LI-JR2 #
