Payroll Specialist Salary:

Payroll Specialist:
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 900 field employees across multiple locations and states.
- Validate and reconcile time and labor data to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including tax updates, payroll changes, and payroll setup activities.
- Process payroll adjustments such as reimbursements, per diem, mileage, and other compensation items.
- Reconcile union payroll reporting and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and payroll regulations.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and partner with HR, Accounting, and Operations to resolve payroll issues.
Payroll Specialist:
- 2-4+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with high-volume payroll
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
