$55,000 – $65,000

Payroll Administrator:
  • Process full-cycle payroll for two companies and multiple payroll groups
  • Administer payroll taxes, garnishments, W-2s, audits, and compliance reporting
  • Manage employee data, payroll changes, new hires, terminations, and attendance records
  • Review timekeeping and union contract payroll requirements for accuracy
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related reports for management
  • Support workers' compensation reporting, union administration, and special payroll projects Qualifications for the
Payroll Administrator:
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience with full-cycle payroll and payroll tax administration
  • Strong Excel skills and payroll reconciliation experience
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
  • Multi-company payroll experience preferred
  • Union payroll and manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred #
