As a Personal Banker III, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding customer experiences while supporting branch operations through transaction overrides and approvals within assigned authority level, and helping customers find the right financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Building lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized financial solutions. Open, close, and service a full range of consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit (CDs), retirement accounts, and treasury management-related services. Accurately process consumer and commercial banking transactions while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to help individuals achieve their financial goals. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BNC's products, services, policies, and procedures. Support daily branch operations, including documentation, compliance, balancing, and operational controls. Contribute to branch sales, referral, and customer service goals.
