• Open and maintain consumer accounts, business accounts, checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and other deposit products based on experience level.
• Interview and profile customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services that support their financial needs.
• Cross-sell bank products and services, identify referral opportunities, and contribute to branch growth and profitability goals.
• Process teller transactions as needed while maintaining accurate balancing and documentation standards.
• Respond to client inquiries in person and by phone with courteous, professional, and solution-focused service.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, information security standards, and applicable banking regulations. Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range:

  $20.00 to $28.60 per year.

• CRA Volunteer Hours:

  Minimum of 10 hours per year, typically scheduled during business hours. This is compensable time and mileage is reimbursed. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Open and support new consumer accounts, business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and related banking products.
• Process teller transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure required documentation is approved and uploaded.
• Support branch sales goals through customer profiling, cross-selling, referrals, and relationship building.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, account titling procedures, BSA requirements, and information security standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking teller experience required for CSR II level, with 2 to 3 or more years required for higher-level CSR III or Senior CSR III consideration.
• Experience opening consumer accounts is required.
• Experience opening basic or complex business accounts is required for CSR III or Senior CSR III consideration.
• Strong customer relations skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and employees.
• Working knowledge of basic banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems or core banking programs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Excellent judgment, confidentiality, accountability, and the ability to handle sensitive client information. Preferred Qualifications
• Prior supervisory experience preferred for Senior CSR III level.
• Experience supporting complex business accounts, trust and estate accounts, and advanced account documentation.
• Familiarity with Treasury Services such as remote deposit capture, armored services, or courier service support.
• Proven ability to generate new business, make client outreach calls, and identify cross-sell or referral opportunities.
• Experience handling escalated client situations with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
