Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Banker for a direct hire opportunity in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced banking professional with a strong background in teller operations, new account opening, customer service, and relationship building. The Banker will support consumer and business clients by opening accounts, recommending appropriate banking products, processing teller transactions, and delivering a high level of service in a professional branch environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and related account products while ensuring proper documentation, account titling, and compliance requirements.
  • Interview and profile customers to identify needs, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and refer clients to internal partners when needed.
  • Process teller transactions as needed while maintaining an excellent balancing record and providing accurate, efficient service.
  • Respond to client inquiries in person and by phone while resolving concerns with professionalism, tact, and a customer-first approach.
  • Support branch goals by identifying sales opportunities, generating new business, retaining at-risk customers, and contributing to a positive client experience.
  • Follow banking regulations and internal procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements, information security standards, and new account documentation guidelines. Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay range: $20.00 to $28.60 per hour.
  • Location:
    Roseville, CA.
  • Minimum of 10 CRA volunteer hours per year, typically scheduled during business hours.
  • CRA volunteer time is compensable, and mileage is reimbursed.
