Job Description
A Personal Banker provides customer service to prospective and existing bank clients via face to face or telephone interaction in a professional office environment. Service includes, but is not limited to, sale of bank products and services, processing banking transactions, and providing problem resolution while adhering to high customer service standards and regulatory requirements. Both part time and full time positions are available with hours from approximately 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM. Hours and schedule may vary depending on work load. A Personal Banker Support may be scheduled to work at a variety of offices located in Fort Walton Beach, Mary Esther, Hurlburt Field AFB, Navarre, Niceville, Destin, or Seascape. A current Driver's License and dependable transportation is required. Previous cash handling is a plus.
