FINANCE ASSOCIATE WANTED FOR WELL REGARDED AMLAW 100

(Atlanta, GA): The Atlanta office of an

AMLAW 200

is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of finance experience to join its Business Finance practice group in a full-time, partnership-track position. Qualified candidates should have experience with a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on: Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code Syndicated lending transactions Middle-market lending transactions Representing lenders and borrowers in workouts The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Admission to the Georgia Bar is preferred and will be required within one year of joining the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded finance practice while working closely with experienced partners on sophisticated transactional matters.
