Monday - Friday, daytime shifts plus rotating Saturday mornings

The CSR provides front-line customer service and supports daily branch operations by processing transactions, assisting with account servicing, and resolving routine customer inquiries. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and a positive customer experience while supporting team members and maintaining strong operational controls.
Primary Duties:
Deliver prompt, professional customer service by handling in-person and phone inquiries, identifying needs, and providing accurate information or referrals Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and night deposits with a high degree of accuracy Perform account servicing activities such as basic account opening/closing, maintenance requests, and digital banking support (e.g., password resets, bill pay assistance) Maintain cash controls by balancing teller drawers, processing vault transactions, monitoring cash limits, and identifying counterfeit currency Support branch operations by processing mail transactions, completing logs and reports (e.g., CTRs, cashier's checks), and assisting with wire preparation and document processing Assist with ATM and safe deposit box operations, including balancing, replenishment, customer access, and basic maintenance coordination Educate customers on bank products and services and identify opportunities to refer or cross-sell appropriate solutions Support team effectiveness by assisting with training or answering questions for less experienced staff Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML, and report suspicious activity Complete training required by management Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of customer service, cash handling, or banking experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and recordkeeping Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn banking software Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
