- Summary
- Personal Bankers are relationship-driven professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve financial wellbeing and confidence in their financial future. They build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their unique financial goals, recommending tailored banking solutions, and ensuring a seamless and accurate account opening experience.
- Responsibilities
- Personal Bankers are expected to actively develop new business and deepen existing client relationships through enthusiastic, ethical promotion of bank products through cold calling, daily outbound calls and sales meetings, and group presentations of appropriate consumer and small business banking products and services.
- Compensation & Benefits
- The Personal Banker position pays a range of $20.
- Skills
- + 2+ years of banking or relevant sales experience required. + Proven sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions. + Ability to achieve sales, referral, and retention goals in a results-driven environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Copilot and Excel.
- Education & Experience
- + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
