Job Description

Role Overview:
The Relationship Banker acts as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in consultative discussions to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions. They drive growth by actively promoting and selling banking products and services, focusing on strengthening client relationships through exceptional service and tailored advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage clients to identify and fulfill deposit, loan, and credit needs, guiding them through relevant options and facilitating account openings and applications. Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals, utilizing in-depth product knowledge. Recognize opportunities for cross-selling additional bank services, making referrals to appropriate partners. Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects, promoting tailored financial solutions. Support sales initiatives by coaching colleagues and contributing to a high-performance sales culture. Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and support operational tasks such as transaction processing and compliance. Assist with operational activities, including training, vault responsibilities, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or
GED. 2-5
years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Strong communication, sales, and client relationship skills. Ability to perform moderately complex tasks with compliance to regulations and policies.
Additional Requirements:
Successful background and credit check. Compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
