Jobs › Great Barrington, MA › Community Banker Lee Bank Community Banker Great Barrington, MA Apply The Community Banker serves as a highly adaptable and integral member of the branch team, delivering exceptional service and support to Lee Bank\'s retail customers. This position is designed to provide comprehensive banking services across multiple functions, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience at every point of contact. Proactively refers products and services to the bank\'s retail segment through a variety of marketing methods. Develops new business and expands existing customer relationships in conjunction with departmental goals and the bank?s overall strategic goals. The Community Banker is the most highly skilled retail staff position and is capable of rotating in to fill any branch function as business needs and management dictate, including the ability to cover the branch supervisor or manager?s duties when they are absent. The Community Banker is a mentor to other employees, produces significant contributions to the branch goals and consistently meet or exceeds individual goals. This role is central to Lee Bank\'s Culture of Purpose , a philosophy that empowers employees, customers, and the community through local banking driven by service, sincerity, and simplicity. Universal Bankers are expected to cross-sell relevant products and services, demonstrate deep product knowledge, and foster lasting customer relationships, whether behind the teller line or at a desk.
Job Requirements:
- Must demonstrate consistent satisfactory attainment of sales and service goals.
- Incumbent must demonstrate a clean record free from teller differences, operational errors, and compliance violations for a minimum of 6 months prior to promotion to Community Banker.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently through low and high volume and maintain quality of work.
- Be an effective team player.
- Undergraduate degree preferred, but associate degree plus equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software products.
