Lawrence CommunityWorks is now accepting applications for the fall 2026 Latinos in Banking (LIB) program, a free 6-week training that prepares you for a career in the banking and financial services industry. If you're looking for a stable career with room to grow, this program gives you the training, coaching, and direct connections to local banks to help you get there. No experience in banking required, just the motivation to start. What you'll get: Financial literacy education Cash-handling One-on-one coaching Employment search assistance (resume, interview prep, applications) Direct connections with local bank partners who hire from this program
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM October 13 - November 24, 2026 In person at 168 Newbury St., Lawrence, MA 01841
Requirements:
18 years or older Strong English proficiency (advanced level) High school diploma or GED Legally eligible to work in the United States Genuine interest in a banking career

Free. There is no cost to participate.
