Schedule:

Up to 29 hours/Week Monday

• Friday shifts between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Typical shifts are 4-5 hours and may fall in the morning or afternoon Regular Saturday availability is required in our East Region. Hours are 8:30 am
• 1:30 pm.

Frequency will vary based on business needs.

Orientation & Training:

Orientation:

8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).

Training:

5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success. Who we're looking for: Collaborative problem solvers who excel in team-driven environments. Your Role:

Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals. Assist members with loan applications. Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity. Share products and services that make life better for our members. Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required. 1 year of similar experience preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is required to effectively serve our diverse membership. Ready to apply?
