We're looking for a Part-Time Member Advisor to join our team during this exciting time of growth. As a Member Advisor, you'll help members with everyday banking needs while building relationships, providing financial solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming community-focused environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience as a Bank Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day. Pay & Benefits $17.75 - $20.91 per hour Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off (PTO) 12 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Pension plan Gym membership reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Growth and development opportunities Schedule This part-time position works approximately 26 to 29 hours per week, including weekday shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. and 2 to 3 Saturdays per month from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. What You'll Do As a Member Advisor, you'll help members with their everyday banking needs while providing personalized financial solutions. You'll process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You'll open and maintain deposit accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, educate members on fraud prevention and account security, and recommend products and services that support their financial well-being. Success in this role comes from delivering outstanding customer service, identifying member needs, and building lasting relationships through every interaction. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort using technology and learning new systems Why TRUE?
