As a Full-Time Universal Banker, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers daily, help them achieve their financial goals, and provide a variety of banking services. The successful candidate will:
Provide exceptional banking service to customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Maintain a strong knowledge of the Bank's products and services. Accurately and efficiently process a variety of customer transactions. Assist customers with personal banking needs, including opening and servicing checking, savings, IRA, HSA, and other deposit accounts. Build meaningful relationships with customers and identify solutions that meet their financial needs. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information in accordance with United Community Bank's privacy and security policies. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Why Join United Community Bank? Direct experience is not necessary, but previous customer service experience is a plus! This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment. Must have the dexterity to count money.
