Build Relationships. Grow Your Career. Make a Difference in Your Community. Premier Bank Minnesota is seeking a customer-focused Part-Time Universal Banker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional service, and helping customers navigate their financial needs in a community banking environment. As a Universal Banker, you'll do more than process transactions. You'll build relationships, support customers with banking solutions, and play an important role in delivering the personalized service that sets community banking apart. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person, by phone, and through electronic channels. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other routine banking transactions. Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts. Assist customers with debit cards, digital banking services, and account maintenance. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services. Generate referrals to bank partners when customer needs extend beyond retail banking. Research and resolve account-related issues. Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Previous cash handling experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Banking experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual. Schedule & Flexibility Part-Time | Up to 30 hours per week No evenings or weekends Schedule will vary within normal banking hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Candidates must be flexible and available to work varying shifts based on branch staffing needs Must be willing to occasionally provide backup coverage at our Bloomington and Farmington branches when needed Why Join Premier Bank Minnesota? Pay:
$19.50 - $22.00 per hour

This part-time Universal Banker position that can work up to 30 hours per week and requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts during our operating hours (7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday). Please tell us about your availability, any recurring commitments that may affect your schedule, and your ability to work opening, mid-day, and closing shifts as needed.
