Full Job Description Position Title:

This position will have the opportunity to impact members lives daily by interacting with our technology systems to perform a wide variety of teller transactions and member services including cash withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, opening and closing accounts and processing and closing consumer loan requests. As a Member Representative, you will be able to assist members with understanding and using our digital services to better meet their financial needs. Through our training and education program you will learn about all of our services and products that you can offer to members after listening to their needs to ensure they pursue smart financial solutions. Maintaining positive relationships with members is a must to identify opportunities to offer deposit, loan, and digital products. Member Representatives are expected to maintain confidentiality of account information and stay up to date on Credit Union regulations, policies, and procedures. Like all positions, there are required reports and records that need to be completed accurately and promptly so attention to detail is a must!.What are we looking for:
- High school graduate or equivalent level of experience
- One to three years of experience at a full-service financial institution
- Lending experience preferred
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Ability to learn and operate computer software
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
