At Central Bank of Boone County, Personal Bankers build strong connections with customers and provide one-on-one customer service. Works with team to meet both individual and branch sales goals. Personal Bankers are essential as they also assist the teller line and work closely with branch management. Essential Responsibilities Provides Legendary Service Anticipates customer needs to identify referral and cross-selling opportunities. Opens new accounts. Makes changes on current accounts. Process financial transactions Answer customer questions, providing information and education on bank products and services Additional Expectations Maintains thorough knowledge of bank products and services. Good judgement and ability to handle confidential information and work quickly and accurately to analyze information and make decisions. Willingness to assume additional responsibilities, duties, and projects. Reports to Branch Manager and indirectly to Assistant Branch Manager. Tellers report indirectly to Personal Banker with questions and problems when management is not available.
