Under the direction of the Libby Operations Officer, this position performs a variety of duties in order to provide central support for branch operations and other bank departments, often providing an additional internal control by ensuring separation of duties, such as in reconciling accounts or reviewing diagnostic system reports. The position is also responsible for providing outstanding customer service, over the telephone or via online chat or email, to assist customers with banking questions and issues. Duties also include tasks related to compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, consumer regulations and other federal and state laws.
