Description:
The Universal Banker is responsible for opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, cross-selling bank products and services, and providing quality customer service to further customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Meets and greets customers. Performs daily teller tasks consisting of accepting deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and other monetary transactions. Opens and processes new accounts, including personal and commercial checking accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and HSAs. Discovers the financial needs of each customer and offers appropriate bank products and services. Cross-sells the bank's services and products. Researches and answers customer inquiries; quotes products and rates. Researches and verifies account information and resolves problems for customers as necessary. Administers IRAs for the institution. May accept customer paperwork for loan products with proper NMLS licensing.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in banking preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Interpersonal skills to represent Servbank in a positive way.
Working Conditions:
Office environment. Full-time position with standard business hours.
