The Personal Banker Associate must efficiently process a variety of customer transactions, generate business and deepen relationships by promoting products and services to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities include providing high quality customer service while achieving sales goals and supporting banking center staff as needed. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming and customer-focused environment Provide extraordinary customer service while achieving goals and supporting the banking center staff as needed Build and maintain relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services that meet their needs Promote financial products and services Open deposit accounts and take loan applications, process consumer loan/credit line requests for customers Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to internal controls and procedures Generate new business and expand relationships with current customers through networking and Centers of Influence Respond to customer inquiries and concerns and create positive solutions Support other employees as needed As a float Personal Banker Associate, a designated banking center will be assigned at the location stated. This position requires the flexibility to drive to and from different banking centers within the region. The cities included within the region are {

}. Employee will be required to drive their personal vehicle to various banking center locations and as such, will receive mileage reimbursement. This list includes the current primary responsibilities of this position. It is not intended to be all-inclusive and is subject to change, as needed, for the purpose of operational efficiency.Required Skills:
Minimum of one year successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment; demonstrated performance in meeting and exceeding goals Minimum of 6 months cash handling and/or Point of Sale (POS) transaction experience in a retail sales or food industry environment Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one (pursue application, bond and notary seal) at the Bank's expense Ability to generate referrals including making on-site visits with local businesses Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers Strong work ethic and high integrity Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.) Friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality This position is required to participate in both informal and formal training (paid) and must successfully pass our Teller Certification test to be allowed to operate a Teller drawer. Formal training consists of one full week of training/testing which is conducted within your first 3 weeks of employment and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Preferred Skills:
Successful sales record in a retail banking environment; with knowledge of bank services and products. Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skillsPhysical Requirements:
This position requires long periods of standing or sitting as well as typing and repetitive motion. Candidates must possess the ability to lift and carry cash drawers, coin bags, and boxes sometimes weighing as much as 25 pounds.MidFirst Banking Center Hours of Operations:
Monday - Friday from 7:15 a.m. - 8:15p.m., Saturday from 8:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., and Sunday 11:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. (Part time employees are scheduled for 20 hours per week within these time frames) Candidates must be available to work weekend hours. Shift differential of $5.00/hour for any hours worked after 6:00p.m. Monday-Friday, after 1:00p.m. on Saturdays, and any hours worked on Sundays.
